Century 21 has launched a brand-new training resource for their network, the REcharge podcast.
Noting the growing popularity of podcasts and the desire for people to listen to educational material whilst driving, exercising or multi-tasking, this real estate podcast will offer an additional means by which members of the C21 network can access training material.
The unlisted podcast is accessible to members of the C21 network and contains a raft of content including the latest in real estate news, coaching sessions from industry experts, sales and prospecting training and more.
Andy Reid Head of Training for the group knows too well just how busy the day to day can be for real estate agents who are constantly on the go and often on the road meeting with clients. Understanding how this presents a challenge for the ongoing professional development of C21 agents, coupled with popularity of audio learning drove the brand to find a new training solution.
Mr Reid said, "We are exceptionally excited to have launched this exclusive podcast to the C21 network. Learning and development is extremely important for our agents, but we know that often they're so busy and don't feel they have the time watch a training webinar. This new podcast creates an accessible learning resource that agents can listen to on the go."
Mr Reid shared how the feedback on the new podcast has been resoundingly positive from the network, with over 132 downloads within 24 hours of the launch.
"Prior to launch we conducted research across our network to identify if this type of learning was appealing and the feedback was strong. That said, we have been blown away with the level of engagement with the new podcast and are excited to continue to deliver high quality and informative content." said Mr Reid.
The REcharge podcast has over 30 episodes exclusively available for members of the C21 network and will continue to release a minimum of two new episodes weekly.
The launch of the new podcast complements Century 21's suite of training resources already available, such as their monthly training programs being facilitated by leading industry professionals and online university, helping the network to achieve superior results both in their business and for their clients.
