CENTURY 21 ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Century 21 Australasia is pleased to announce the appointment of experienced real estate and business leader, Ray Ellis, as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Chairman of Century 21 Australasia, Charles Tarbey said of the appointment, "As a global real estate brand, we are now embarking on an exciting program aimed at further increasing our brand's prominence across the region while working to increase the market share of our franchisees.

Ray Ellis is an experienced businessman and director with strong focus on building positive corporate cultures and increasing profitability. He brings substantial real estate experience to the role, including a ten-year directorship on the Real Estate Institute of Australia.

Ray Ellis said, "Charles has long been one of the real estate industry's foremost innovators, and I am excited to join him in advancing the Century 21 brand. Together, we will focus on expanding relationships, increasing profitability, and capturing greater market share for our franchisees."

Last week, Century 21 launched one of the largest multi-faceted media campaigns in the company's history.

The Moments of the Century campaign was recently showcased to millions of people through billboards in Times Square with Australians currently being exposed to the campaign through commercial television advertisements, billboards and through digital channels.

The campaign aims to lean into a more humanised real estate message that celebrates what many of today's home buyers are prioritising: community, connection, and a deeper sense of joy.

Century 21 is a global real estate leader with nearly 130,000 independent sales professionals across 79 countries. It is the largest residential real estate organisation in the Asia Pacific region – a region vital to Australia's continued economic success.
