Century 21 Armstrong-Smith has secured a record sale price for a residential property in Bondi Junction. The apartment at 2602 & 2603/71 Spring Street was sold in May 2022 for $5,600,000 by Nicholas Armstrong-Smith which sets a new record for the popular eastern suburbs location.

"There has been a lot of noise in the last period about the property market softening and slowing down, however we continue to see activity with buyers willing to buy good quality properties at record prices," added Mr Armstrong-Smith.

Matching the right buyer to the title did take some perseverance by Mr Armstrong-Smith. The outcome though is an incredible sale for very happy vendors.

"The rarity of the offering also meant finding and nurturing a very specific buyer profile. We didn't set expectations of a quick sale with the vendors but rather assured them we would work tirelessly to find the right buyer match," concluded Mr Armstrong-Smith.
