Beginning his real estate career at 18-years-old, Nick initially worked as a trainee in sales and property management, while acquiring his full real estate license and Certificate IV in Property. Nick made the strategic move to work alongside developers, sourcing their development sites and selling their finished product. Over the years, he has garnered extensive experience across small to large scale projects, whether it be splitting one block into two or a 100-unit complex.
Nick boasts an impressive portfolio of project acquisitions and property sales across Brisbane City Council in his previous roles and is looking to mirror that here on the Sunshine Coast. He's a natural communicator, astute negotiator and seasoned professional. He understands the complexities of property development and the negotiation methods needed to secure the sites as well as agile sales and marketing campaigns required to sell the finished products.
