Century 21 is proud to announce the opening of their newest office, C21 Southern GC, in Currumbin Waters QLD.
What makes this new opening so special is that both Principals are award winning agents and have previously worked under the C21 brand. Within the first two days of opening, the office has already sold two properties and pre-listed 4 auctions for the month of July.
Experienced agents Nils Turner and Scott Inglis will lead their team who will service the Currumbin, Palm Beach, Elanora and Tweed areas. With more than 69 years of combined real estate experience, the two principals have formed a powerhouse partnership.
Mr Turner's successful real estate career began at the young age of 17, when he worked under Charles Tarbey, Chairman of Century 21, who at the time set up and operated Combined Real Estate. Nils went on to become a multiple award-winning agent, including consistently attaining the internationally recognised Centurion status, in the Blue Mountains, Wentworth Falls and Katoomba Offices. Fifteen years ago, Nils went out on his own, forming the highly successful independent agency Coast Creek Country Realty in Currumbin QLD, before making the decision to return to C21.
Scott Inglis also began his real estate career in the Blue Mountains under Combined Real Estate, before relocating to Mudgee Gulgong in Central NSW. He went on to form an independent agency, before moving to another franchise and then going independent again, forming an extremely successful agency, before relocating to the Gold Coast.
Expressing why they chose to join forces, Mr Inglis said, "By combining our skillsets and motivation as this stage of our lives, it allows us to create a dynamic listing machine. Watch this space as our goal is to become the number 1 auction listing office in the C21 network."

The opening of this office, based on the southern end of the Gold Coast, comes off the back of a successful 6 month for Century 21 who this year have launched 8 new offices and have a deep pipeline which will see at least that same amount open in the second half of 2021.
