C21 DRIVING FUTURE SUCCESS WITH TECHNOLOGY

As disruptive to business as 2020 was, the Technology department at Century 21 has not been idle.

In particular, the second half of the year, saw the team busy enhancing the eSales business platform with great new features, as well as developing an Open API to enable third party tools to quickly connect to and interact with C21 data.

With 2021 underway, the newly built Open API is already being utilised by the likes of Realtair (Sign, Pitch and Smartbook products), Aire (RiTA product), CampaignTrack, and CampaignAgent.

So why is this important?

Real estate agents need to be focused on winning new listings and achieving a sale at the best price for vendors. The often use third party platforms as part of their prospecting and sale process which usually required duplication of information.

With contact and property information already residing in the C21 eSales platform, agents can access this data when using these third-party tools to increase efficiency, reduce data entry errors, and win more new listings.

What's in the pipeline?

The focus on technology continues with the recently built Open API facilitating further innovative projects that will benefit members of the C21 network. This will include more enhancements to the CRM and business platform like enhanced real-time performance visualisations and personalised dashboards. Greater integration of CoreLogic property data to provide more insights to agents, and a redesign of the Open for Inspection tool and associated reporting are also in the pipeline for 2021.

These pioneering projects will compliment Century 21's plethora of technological platforms and resources already available, such as the marketing resource hub and online university, helping the network to achieve remarkable results both in their business and for their clients.
