Director of Century 21 Resicomm, Simon Pattullo has an extensive background in real estate. Born and bred in the region in which he operates, Simon and his professional team have a love for their community and a deep understanding of the local property market.
Having been taught by the 'old guard', Simon specialises in residential sales, strata management, property management and all aspects of commercial real estate throughout Western Australia.
Simon recently took up the Century 21 brand after many years as a Director/Licensee of his Canning Vale agency. The recent C21 rebrand and large-scale marketing focus were some of the reasons for choosing the globally most recognised name in real estate.
A 10-year journey working in the professional sporting arena such as America's Cup and Volvo Ocean Race campaigns led to Simon developing his ethos of "Principal with Principals". His belief that working diligently to ensure all parties are cared for will deliver a win-win scenario.
