The growth in the Century 21 Ignite program for mobile agents continues to gain traction with experienced operator Beau Fillmore joining the network to service Woodridge in Brisbane's Southside.
Mr Fillmore is one of many high performing real estate agents who showed interest in the recently launched model for those wanting to operate their own business without the need for a traditional office shopfront.
A Principal who believes in the importance of earning trust with old-fashioned hard work, Mr Fillmore will leverage the available technology to provide his vendors with results that ensure they become advocates and future referrers.
"My aim is to be one of the most trusted agents in Brisbane by being accountable for what is promised and being relentless with the effort put into every listing" said Mr Fillmore.
This competitive edge comes on the back of being a professional athlete who represented his country, which will now be channelled into real estate.
Supporting Mr Fillmore will be Gabrielle Oltarczy who has nearly a decade of real estate experience in addition to a strong managerial skill that make her a massive asset to the small team.
Mr Filmore complemented the supportive C21 network who "from the very outset has made this transition less challenging, with the team always available to answer any questions we had".
Chairman of Century 21, Charles Tarbey was pleased with the quality of interest in the C21 Ignite model and having Mr Fillmore join the network. "It's pleasing to have someone of Beau's calibre choose Century 21 to progress their real estate career. I am certain our technology and marketing initiatives will help Beau and our other mobile agents win more listings and drive success".
C21 recently introduced a new fully supported model for high performing real estate agents wanting to operate their own business without the need for a traditional office shopfront.
Mr Tarbey described the new offering as "the perfect opportunity for agents to start their own business in a flexible environment while being backed by a consumer facing brand, unlike the other start-up models that buyers and sellers simply do not know".
