The team will be led by Principals Sartaj Natt, Kapil Tangri and Rohit Lakhotia and will service the Norwest and Bella Vista areas within the Hills District, located in North-West Sydney.
The three Principals each bring a wealth of knowledge and a diverse set of skills to the new office.
With extensive business, sales and negotiation experience, Sartaj Natt will bring his collaborative and consultative skills along with the local knowledge and connections to the team.
Joining Mr Natt is Kapil Tangr who brings over 18 years corporate experience including in the real estate sector, having led the sales team for real estate portals in the past and has also been an active investor and developer for the last several years.
Rohit Lakhotia comes to the C21 brand with extensive experience in the finance industry and in 2016 was named AB&F Banking and Finance Banker of the Year. His knowledge in financing residential, commercial, and large development projects is highly advantageous to his real estate clients.
On why the three principals chose to join the C21 Brad, Mr Lakhotia said, "We are aligned with the values and customer focussed approach of C21. The brand is also a market leader with state-of-the-art technology, which was a key consideration for us when making this decision."
Century 21 CEO James Bell is excited about the new office joining the growing C21 network.
"I would like to welcome Sartaj, Kapil, Rohit and their team to Century 21. With their extensive experience across a multitude of business facets and their commitment to customer service, I am sure the new office will achieve superior results." said Mr Bell.
The new office will benefit from Century 21's multi-platform digital marketing campaign that uses geotargeting and modern segmentation techniques to generate quality leads for its network of offices. These leads are further funnelled directly to each office's CRM, part of the proprietary C21 business management system named eSales.
