The Century 21 Annual Awards recognise excellence in residential sales, property management, office support, leadership and business innovation within the Australian network. This year's first state-based black-tie event was held on Saturday 30 April at Optus Stadium in Perth to honour winners from across the Western Australian region.
Winners were announced across numerous categories across sales, property management, service, administration and leadership. The event also recognised the prestigious C21 Centurions who reached the top 2% of agents, individually, and office teams worldwide.
COVID-19 restrictions caused a delay in the gathering of the 2021 winners, but created an opportunity to also acknowledge the continued excellence of many teams in the first quarter of 2022 with the Q1 awards wrapped into the evening's recognition presentations.
"The real estate industry faced many challenges in 2021, but our award winners have persevered and come out on top. The event was a huge success, and I personally commend all our teams for their dedication to real estate excellence. It's also great to catch up with members of our network in person" said Century 21 CEO, James Bell.
Josh Brockhurst, from Century 21 Team Brockhurst dominated the Top Principal sales awards, having also recently been recognised in REB Top 50 Agents 2022 for WA. His office and team members were winners across a number of award categories.
Century 21 Coast Realty Mandurah were named overall Top Office sweeping the commission and units based sales awards. Principal, Craig Balme and top performer, Dane Stanley were recognised at an individual level, with other team members also winning awards across multiple categories.
"Craig and his team continue to see the benefits to providing their clients with the best possible service and results, and I look forward to watching them further grow their successful business under the C21 brand," continued Mr Bell.
Individuals within Century 21 Advance Realty and Century 21 Gold Key Realty also took out top honours across various categories.
The team from Century 21 Advance Realty walked away with the prize for Excellence in e-Business off the back of their focus on leveraging digital tools to reach customers and prospects.
"We have worked hard to introduce new technology to our network and so thought it fitting to acknowledge excellence in e-business in our WA awards. It's an area we are dedicated to supporting our teams in due to the efficiencies it brings to our offices and the additional touchpoints it provides with consumers" Mr Bell concluded.
