Century 21 is pleased to welcome a team of vibrant new leaders to the Tin Can Bay office in Queensland, under the new banner Century 21 At The Bay. Having already been with the C21 network for a number of years, the team are eager to continue to excel within the global network.
This is a new venture for joint owners Steph Downman, Paul Downman and Rose Downman, who are equal owners. Between the three of them they have 50 years of executive management and administration experience. They look forward to continuing to service the Tin Can Bay, Cooloola Cove, Rainbow Beach and Wallu areas, and are excited to see their community grow and develop, aiming to give back as much as possible.
Steph Downman has worked within and been associated with Century 21 for 6 years and is a 10th generation Gympie local.
Paul Downman has 8 years of experience in real estate sales within the region, and achieved Grand Centurion in 2022, Century 21's internationally recognised highest achievement award.
Principal Rose Downman has extensive administration and management experience. She's been associated with the C21 brand through Paul and has shown commitment to the brand by attending both the Australasian and global Century 21 conventions.
The team's combined focus will be to ensure the sale or management of their vendors' most valuable assets are given the highest priority and utmost care. They're incredibly excited to continue their partnership with the Century 21 brand whose vision and values really resonate with them as a team.
