Century 21 Australia has acted on insight obtained while operating through COVID-19 and bolstered its service proposition to existing C21 network and those joining the brand. With the level of uncertainty introduced by the COVID-19 crisis, the leading real estate franchise implemented daily video conferences within its network to enable the timely sharing of relevant information, ideas, and success stories.
On the back of this initiative, the group proceeded to recruit a number of talented individuals to its corporate team to provide members a greater level of service in the core areas of customer service, growth in salespeople, onboarding and training. Supporting local businesses has been a consistent focus through the pandemic and as a franchisor, C21 prioritised ensuring all offices were supported through extra corporate resources and financial guidance.
