New CEO for Century 21

Century 21 Australasia has announced the appointment of Warren McCarthy as their new CEO.

Warren McCarthy is well regarded in the industry, having worked in real estate for 35 years; mainly with LJ Hooker where he spent 21 years working from Salesperson to Principal to State Manager and ultimately to CEO. In his capacity as the CEO which he held for 6 years, Warren significantly grew that network across Australia as well as into India, China UAE and SE Asia to over 800 businesses and excess of 8000 people.

Warren highlighted the global rebrand and the appeal this has had in the marketplace as a major factor in deciding to join Century 21. The brand refresh and the extensive marketing campaign with Channel 7, together with their proprietary CRM system, are key elements that Warren believes will allow the Century 21 business to grow and develop in the immediate future.

In addition to his wealth of experience and industry contacts, Warren brings to Century 21 a fresh mindset and a passion for delivering superior service which is highlighted in his mission for the group: "To build on Century 21's obsessive focus on the customer, both within the C21 network and with the public".

Chairman of Century 21 Charles Tarbey said, "We are very fortunate to have Warren join Century 21 where he will help us leverage the brand and system superiority we have built over the past 24 months to drive revenue growth for our franchisees".

Charles will continue to operate within the business as Century 21's Chairman overseeing the team and the franchisees alongside Warren to ensure consistency, growth and support for the offices are kept as the utmost priority.
