Century 21's New South Wales network came together on Saturday night to celebrate the 2020 Annual Awards. With remarkable results accomplished across the state there was much to celebrate.
Century 21 Novocastrian Newcastle, who recently won Top Property Management Business in the REB Awards, deservedly scooped 'Top Property Management Office of the Year'.
Tom Clyburn from Century 21 Bathurst Region in Bathurst won best salesperson in both gross closed commission (GCC) and unit awards, a remarkable achievement for a regional salesperson.
There was tight competition for the 'Top Office' award with two regional offices vying for the prize. Newcastle's Century 21 Novocastrian went on to take out the award in the GCC category, while Century 21 Carkeet Johns Smith from Charlestown won the award in the units count.
Despite challenges of 2020, the number of agents achieving the esteemed Centurion status grew year on year, with a total of twenty Centurions, five Double Centurions and one Grand Centurions named. This internationally recognised status is the most prestigious sales award available in the global Century 21 network and places these agents in the top 2% globally.
Peter Brack from Century 21 Radar Properties in Turramurra, was acknowledged for achieving the prestigious Grand Centurion status. Chairman Charles Tarbey made special note that at only 6 weeks into 2021, Peter had already qualified for Centurion status which is an outstanding performance. Peter was also awarded the Top Principal achieving the highest GCC in the state.
Some of the standout performers across the network included Nick Papas, Nick Stewart, Penny Stylianou, Noel Outerbridge, and Tom Clyburn who notably earned Double Centurion status, placing these agents in the top 1% globally.
Peter Brack, Robert Russel, George Karasalidis, Con Psirakis were inducted as Life Masters for consistently achieving Centurion within the C21 network.

Century 21 places great focus on celebrating the achievements of its members at all levels, acknowledging the important role such an awards program plats to inspire team members to greater heights.
Award winners are recognised in front of their peers on a local/regional and national stage, with those achieving Centurion status promoted internationally and invited to attend the Annual International Convention in the USA.
