Second Century 21 Office Opens in Townsville

Century 21 is excited to announce the opening of its second office in Townsville, Century 21 Prestige!

This marks an exciting new chapter for Principal Paul Fotinos. Before opening C21 Prestige, Paul honed his skills in the residential development industry as a licensed builder and also a Land Sales and Marketing Manager, collaborating with some of Townsville's most renowned developers. With a track record that includes multiple prestigious Master Builder Awards, Paul brings substantial credibility to his new venture. Alongside his expert team, he is dedicated to establishing a strong presence in the real estate sector by offering top-notch advice, service, and communication.

Joining Paul's experienced team are Sonia Ross, a well known and highly respected agent in the area, and Leia Williams, the team's Business Manager. They aim to bring a new offering to their clients, providing expert advice as well as trade services to assist clients in getting their home ready for sale and maximising their return profit.

When asked why he joined the brand, Paul said, "We're excited to partner with the global power of the Century 21 network, and provide a point of difference in the competitive Townsville market with a full-service approach for clients".

Charles Tarbey, Owner and Chairman of Century 21 Australasia said, "We are excited to be welcoming Paul and his experienced team to the network and look forward to seeing this new office go from strength to strength".

This new office is located in the heart of Townsville's bustling restaurant and nightlife precinct, and will provide top quality real estate and trade services in the township and beyond.
