The Annual Awards ceremony brought together the Century 21 VIC/TAS network over the weekend to celebrate their top performers and accomplishments over the past year.
The Awards ceremony served as a tribute to the dedication and hard work of the principals, agents, and staff who demonstrated exceptional performance in their respective roles. It offered a valuable platform to acknowledge their contributions and unwavering commitment to providing outstanding service to their clients.
C21 Theresa Huynh dominated the Property Management category, with Sissi Nguyen from the team named Property Manager of the Year, and the office also winning Property Management Office of the Year. Principal Theresa Huynh also achieved top honours, named Principal of the Year in the GCC category.
Beau Lyon of C21 Rich River Real Estate enjoyed a clean sweep of the sales agent awards across the region, being recognised as the top individual achiever for both commission sales in 2022 and shared the award win in the units count with Josh Wilson. also from C21 Rich River Real Estate.
Taking out the award for Top Office in both GCC and Units was Rich River Real Estate, with Principal Andrew Lochhead also taking out the award for top Principal in the Units category.
