Century 21 Armstrong-Smith are delighted to be holding a VIP Property Market Q&A Panel Evening in conjunction with a Charity Auction for Ways Youth & Family on Tuesday 25th June at 6.00-8.00pm.

This highly anticipated event will be held at Easts in Bondi Junction, bringing together some of Sydney's most forward thinking property and business experts for a night of insightful discussion about the property market, networking and to support our youth by raising funds in an enjoyable and meaningful manner.

The evening aims to foster community engagement by addressing pressing questions surrounding the current and future property market, uncertainties regarding interest rates and mortgages, rentals, investments and more. The goal is to provide valuable insights, open discussion and impart knowledge and confidence to attendees.

Guest panellists Charles Tarbey, Clive Mathieson, Nicholas Armstrong-Smith and Shona Armstrong-Smith have been confirmed. Charles Tarbey, Chairman of Century 21 Australasia, is a renowned property market expert and commentator. He will be joined by Clive Mathieson, acclaimed journalist, government inside and property market analyst, and knowledgeable Century 21 Armstrong-Smith principals Nicholas and Shona Armstrong-Smith, who specialise in Real Estate Sales and Property Management respectively.

Following beverages, canapes and the panel discussion, the team at Century 21 Armstrong-Smith are thrilled to present some fantastic items to be auctioned by Charlie Powell from Under the Hammer. The proceeds will contribute to raising funds to support our youth with partner WAYS Youth & Family, a local charity dedicated to supporting adolescents and disadvantaged families through education, life skills, employment, wellbeing and emotional support.
