As we now live interstate, We had the task of choosing an agent to sell our biggest asset without ever meeting anyone face to face, a task that was very daunting. Numerous phone calls to many agents in the Hills area were made, and for some reason Davin stayed in mind as we were "going through the motions" of obtaining insight into other agents.

Yes, Davin did have the obligatory "sales pitch", as all the agents we spoke to did; but Davins was delivered with friendliness and warmth. Our initial conversations with him were filled with his enthusiasm and boundless energy reverberating down the phone line. This eventually made us feel he was always going to be on our side and represent us alone. It took us a while to decide on an agent, but Davin did not hassle or pressure us at all during the process.

Initially we felt, choosing an agent would be a gamble and toss of a coin; as we were sceptical about what things would be like after we signed on the dotted line. However, Davin did not change or disappoint us in the slightest!! Once we signed with Century 21, and the journey of selling from afar continued and evolved, we were continually impressed with Davins honesty, work ethic and professionalism. He was always available, always returned phone calls, always did what he said he would do when he said he would, and nothing was
ever too much trouble.His experience in the industry shone through on many occasions and he was always able to explain his reasons and approaches logically, and allay any of our concerns.

Selling our house proved to be difficult at times and took longer than we had hoped, but whatever Davin felt about it, he did not let on. He was always positive, and his optimism and good humour always buoyed us up when we needed it. Davin sold our property at a record price, his integrity did not allow him to give up, nor did he talk us into taking a lower price simply to make a sale, he believed our house was worth the price we obtained and worked until it was achieved.

We still have not met Davin face to face, unfortunately, but we cannot speak more highly of him both as a person and professional and would not hesitate to recommend him, nor would we ever use another agent if Davin was available!!
