My wife and I have just sold our townhouse with the most able assistance and support of Davin Tan,

The number one thing we appreciated during the process was Davin's willingness to come along side us as we worked through the decision making processes to re-tenant or sell, redecorate, style the property for presentation and listing methods to use. Each and every one of them did a quality job at a very competitive rate and we would have no hesitation in using their services again.

The timing of this whole process was a first meeting at the property on Monday 20th July, the first open house on Saturday 22nd August and contracts exchanged on Wednesday 25th August for a very pleasing price.

Davin's involvement through this whole process was over and above our expectations and he displayed integrity in all areas. I would highly recommend him to both sellers and buyers alike...and in case you are wondering, his constant smile truly is genuine!
