This not first time selling property. We contacted several different real estate agents, and found Jay and Davin are the best real estate agents we have been working with. We chose you instead of other agents even not my friend who is managing my current investment property for the following reasons:

<B>Passion:</B> This is first time we felt passion whilst discussing property selling with agents. Frankly, we felt a little bit strange the first time Jay and Davin came to my home showing their ideas, maybe because none of any other agents showed any similar strong willingness and passion. We gave your company this opportunity to sell my property because we believe people who love their job will do it better than those who just sell property for commission, and Jay and Davin are such persons who love what they are doing, who put all their passion towards selling and the result has proved we made the correct decision.

<B>Excellent preparation and strategies:</B> Through selling this property, we know the meaning of good preparation is half of the success. We can see that Jay and Davin have done lots of preparation every time before visiting us. They didn't just explain the current market and the trend like other agents did, they also used statistics and analytic chart to explain the selling based on the theoretical and real market, and psychology of seller and buyer when selling the property.

At the beginning we did not want spend more money on the property, but we later adopted their advices and spent about $15,000 renovating the property. It included new floor, new paint, cleaning garden and stages / style the property. The result has proved their advices have worked, it exceed well beyond what we spent and expected. Another thing I like to mention is the advice is just advice, they are not mandatory.

<B>Fantastic selling skills:</B> We finished the job quickly and put the property on market at 4:30pm on Friday. The first open house was the next afternoon. We did not expect to sell it in the first week but Jay kept us in touch of the progress. We appreciate his professionalism and good advice. Jay and Davin came to my house the following Tuesday with the contract, and the price was higher than we expected. At that point time we just realised Jay's excellent negotiation skills and the hard work.
